Rural transport and access to healthcare

We heard from our Citizen’s Panel that a lack of affordable transport and poor understanding within healthcare systems creates barriers to accessing healthcare. We will hear from external speakers with expertise in this area, discuss your experiences and begin to explore possible solutions and policy asks.

Influencing policy and decision makers to take anti-poverty action– how can we work together in Aberdeenshire?

In feedback on our first session, you told us that you wanted to hear more about policy and influencing work. We will spend time discussing how we can work together to influence policy and what good practice looks like for local influencing.
