The Poverty Alliance has embarked on a new project Taking Action on Rural Poverty (TARP), that will develop new ways of tackling the rural poverty premium, with a focus on Aberdeenshire and Argyll & Bute. This briefing was undertaken as an initial scoping exercise to help us better understand the Argyll & Bute local authority area.
